I have always enjoyed creating beautiful things, especially accessories for my two girls. So when our daughter got a BAHA hearing aid, I modified my headbands to hold her hearing aid. I started The Baha Bowtique to provide comfortable, affordable softbands for families like ours.

I wanted my daughter to see herself represented in a book, so my husband encouraged me to write our story. It grew to include several friends of ours, who are all wonderfully different. I just published my first book, “Wonderfully Different, Wonderfully Me” which features a diverse group of children, celebrates each child’s unique strengths, and promotes inclusion, acceptance and friendship.
